What we can help with
We respond to messages about: corrections to factual content on the site, suggestions for additional topics or pages, questions about the legal document templates and the launch, technical issues with the site, press or media enquiries, and feedback on what would be more useful.
What we can’t help with
We cannot provide legal advice on individual cases. Brad Askew is a Founder and is no longer in practice; the site is general legal information rather than regulated legal advice. If you have a specific case — a possession issue, a tenant dispute, a contested matter — engage a practising solicitor. The Solicitors Regulation Authority maintains a register of solicitors in England and Wales. Citizens Advice and Shelter provide free advice for individuals who cannot afford a solicitor.

Response times
Most messages receive a response within 3-5 working days. Press and media enquiries are typically handled within 24 hours. Urgent technical issues with the site (broken pages, payment problems once the templates launch) are usually addressed within hours during UK working time.
Postal address
