This page lists every cookie and similar technology that tenancyagreementservice.co.uk sets on, or reads from, your device. The site is run by Spring Incubator Ltd (company number 08582887), 44 West Broadway, Bristol BS9 4TB. For how we handle personal data more generally, see our privacy policy.

Your choices

  • Google Analytics runs only if you choose "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you choose "Reject", or make no choice, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set.
  • Visitor counting (Vercel) is cookie-free and on by default. You can switch it off at any time, free of charge, in the cookie banner or on our Visitor counting page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as switching it off.
  • You can change your mind at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent to analytics, we delete the Google Analytics cookies.
  • We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
